Registration Fee Submission

Please refer to this page for instructions on submitting registration fees.  For your convenience, a Registration Fee Worksheet is also available.

Your registration is not complete until all fees and waiver forms are received by Junbi Now.  You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is finalized. 

Gateway Tournament / Master Class

Participants for the Gateway Tournament and/or the Master Class will submit a single check for all registration fees and any optional items, like the banquet, t-shirt, etc.  This can be a total check for all family members participating in these two events. 

USA World Qualifier

In addition to the check for registration fees and optional items (banquet, t-shirt, etc.), each participant for the USA Qualifier will submit a $150 check for the Team USA Fee.  This will be used to cover expenses for Team USA related to the 2012 ITF World Championships in Ottawa, Canada.

Team USA Fee checks will be voided and returned for competitors who do not qualify for Team USA.
